We’re shortening the waiting time

This time, I think this blog post will be especially relevant both for you and for us. Even though it’s short, it’s very important.

Recently, we’ve been focusing a lot on our sewing workshop’s internal processes. One of the main questions is how to fulfil your orders faster. Until now, like many other Lithuanian manufacturers, we usually sewed only after receiving an order. In that case, the waiting time was 7–14 days; for us — up to 7 working days. It seemed simply impossible to keep the entire assortment in stock.

However, after long discussions, we decided to reduce the assortment and, based on statistics, select the most popular models. These are the ones we’ll produce in advance and keep in stock. If we don’t already have an item made, it simply won’t be possible to order it.

Why? Because we want your ordered items to reach you as quickly as possible. This will give us a competitive advantage, because competition in the leisurewear market is huge right now — it feels like there are more sellers than buyers 😊

Our goal is to have our TOP models ready from now on, so we can ship your order the same day or the next day after payment.

Fabric purchasing — with the help of our newsletter subscribers

To achieve these goals, we need to fully stock up our fabric warehouse. To plan production efficiently, we must always keep at least 2–3 tonnes of fabric in stock. Of course, that amount costs quite a lot, so we asked our newsletter subscribers for help. And you did something incredible — you literally emptied our warehouse!

Online store system

For now, our online store still shows the usual information — that production takes up to 7 working days. However, if you order now, there’s a high chance you’ll receive your parcel much faster. Why aren’t we announcing this officially? Because first we want to properly test everything internally. If we see that the processes run smoothly, we’ll update the delivery timelines in the system as well.
