RETURNS/EXCHANGES

Refunds are processed within 1-14 days, depending on when we receive the returned item. Typically, refunds are issued on Fridays, with customers receiving their money back within 5-7 days.

Returns Policy
You can return an item within 30 days of receiving it. We must receive the returned item within this 30-day period, so we recommend sending it back as soon as possible. If the item is not returned within the given timeframe, we reserve the right to cancel the refund.

Please note:

• The item must be returned in its original, undamaged packaging.
• The item must not be damaged by the customer.
• The item must be in its original condition with all original labels intact and unaltered.
• All returns must be shipped with a tracking number to ensure we can follow up on the package in case it does not arrive. If no tracking number is provided, we cannot take responsibility for lost packages.
