Refunds

The money is returned within 1-14 days to the customer's bank account, depending on which day we receive the returned item. Normally all refunds are executed on Fridays. Usually, the client gets his money back in 5-7 days.

Returns policy

• You can return the item within 30 days from receipt of delivery. It means we have to receive the returned item within 30 days, so we recommend you to send it back as soon as possible. Otherwise, we have the right to cancel the refund.

Please note:

• The returned item must be in its original and undamaged packaging;
• The item must be not damaged by the Customer;
• The item must be in its original condition; original labels should not be removed or altered in any form.

How to return the item?

To return/exchange the item, you must fill in the product return / exchange form. It is necessary to provide all of the required information. You can find the form by clicking here: Returns/Exchange form.

You must attach this form with the returned items or send a scanned copy via email.
